Position Details

We are seeking a smart and energetic Business Development resource to help us maintain our rapid growth. You’ll spend most of your time outside the office building relationships and discussing ways we can help get startups off the ground and established companies be more efficient. You’ll work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer and CEO to uncover new opportunities and move them forward. Our Sales Engineers and leadership team will assist in closing deals and developing long-term client relationships. You will also help us sell our software products, which represent a small but growing part of our business.

• Network and build relationships with local companies and influencers

• Represent Formos at networking and industry related events
• Work with Formos’ Sales Engineers and Project Managers to facilitate meetings with prospects
• Assist in proposal preparation and delivery
• Execute marketing campaigns, including call and email campaigns
• Utilize our CRM to stay organized and consistently follow through on opportunities
• Deliver software demos in person and over video conference


• Must be a quick learner who can rapidly pick up technology concepts and terminology
• Comfortable working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
