Position Details

We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure things continue to run smoothly as our business scales and our operation expands. You will help to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and overall management of the day-to-day operations across the company.

Operations Management

• Work closely with local leadership in our US office
• Communicate daily via email and video with leadership in Vietnam and Ecuador
• Oversee and execute internal operational projects
• Monitor and report on project progress, both operational and software
• Review and validate spreadsheets, emails, and other documents, both internal and external, from all offices

Process Management

• Ensure processes are well documented and up to date
• Monitor process compliance
• Assist in process analysis and improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing processes and/or operations
• Highly organized, detail oriented and thorough
• Excellent time management
• Crystal clear, responsive communication
• Ability to think through issues and make suggestions for solutions
• Independently motivated and driven to succeed
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
